A marriage license fee is $50.00 and applicant must pay by cash only .
No personal checks accepted.
Must be 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Must have I.D. - Drivers License or certified birth certificate.
License is good for ten (10) days only. Must be returned for recording by the Court Clerk within five (5) days of use.

The minister who performs the ceremony must be registered in this State.
